The Elliot Firm is committed to protecting and restoring the rights of consumers, investors, and citizens whose legal rights have been infringed.
The firm brings lawsuits to right corporate and governmental wrongs, to restore money, property, or dignity that has been unfairly taken away, and to address social and environmental challenges.
These suits include class actions on behalf of consumers who have been injured by dangerous products or defrauded by false advertising, shareholder actions for injured investors, and individual actions for persons who have been injured by negligent or deliberate misconduct, environmental pollution, discrimination, or assault. We represent individuals willing to bring class actions to vindicate the rights of Americans to be free from unlawful conduct.
The Firm therefore practices in the areas of consumer protection law, securities law, environmental law, and civil rights, and does substantial pro bono work in civil rights law.
